These sites are extremely accurate. To best understand these maps, click on the icon for your info, from there click on the specific information you seek....if you see the word Loop at the end of a sequence of files, click on it and wait for all files to load. These files are typically 6-12 hr updates on the military projections of weather conditions, sometimes less than 6 hrs...less are more accurate. 0 time or file 0 (zero), indicates the new projections as of midnight or twelve noon depending on what time of the day you look at them. ex: say your present time is something past 12 noon and before 12 midnight.......the files in the loop are all new as of 12 noon that day.
